Imagine escaping to a serene three-bedroom, 3.5 bath cabin nestled on 1.5 acres of pristine woodland. Towering pine trees surround you, offering a secluded and tranquil retreat near Broken Bow Lake. Inside, you’ll find a cozy, welcoming ambiance with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. It’s the perfect place to unwind, surrounded by nature’s beauty, where you can relax in peace and quiet, rejuvenating your mind and spirit.

Right outside on the covered porch you can have a relaxing soak in the 6 person hot-tub. Or, you can find adventure while walking or hiking in the forest to the west. Head east about 1/2 a mile to discover the "Local 259" shops. Have an early morning coffee with a fresh pastry or enjoy a speciality grilled sandwich for lunch. If you crave a little sweetness, "Hey Sugar" is there to satisfy any craving with fun vintage sweets, fudge, ice cream, and other delicious sugary treats.

On cool autumn evenings, gather around the fire pit to reminisce about old memories, while anticipating the new ones yet to be made.

Inside Everπne you'll find all the comforts of home, along with so much to do. The game room upstairs has a pool table, shuffleboard slide and many other boardgames, which are there to bring your family and friends together. Everπne is roomy enough to allow our guests to feel as if they have plenty of space to relax while inside or enjoying the great outdoors. Everπne is ADA accessible, with a parking pad, ramp to the wide, double door entry, wide entry to the primary bedroom and bathroom, roll-in entry shower with handrails, and a toilet room with hand rails. Just off Lucian Sorrel Road, the cabin is steps away from Ouachita National Forest—a beautiful pine‑hardwood wilderness complete with creekside vistas and miles of hiking, biking, and 4 wheeler, & ATV trails.
